Welcome to Pure Balance Massage Therapy! My name is Reghan and I am an enthusiastic therapist with a focus on functional dynamic treatment. Each session will be a little bit different and I love working with you so you can move through your life with more ease and comfort. 

I am a level 1 Vodder and level 1 Chickly Institute Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner.  As a level 1 therapist there are limitations on who I can treat until I am able to advance my education. I also teach yoga weekly on Thursdays at 6PM. My motto is that yoga is for EVERY BODY, no matter your size, fitness level, or experience. I hope to offer a welcoming relaxed safe space where you can move your body in a way that feels good to you, while gaining strength and functional mobility.
