Welcome to Pure Balance Massage Therapy! My name is Reghan and I am an enthusiastic therapist with a focus on functional dynamic treatment. Each session will be a little bit different and I love working with you so you can move through your life with more ease and comfort. 

I am a level 1 Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner. You are welcome to book online for manual Lymphatic Drainage but I will contact you before your appointment to see if we can proceed with treatment. As a level 1 therapist there are limitations on who I can treat until I am able to advance my education. 

I also teach yoga weekly on Thursdays at 6PM. My motto is that yoga is for EVERY BODY, no matter your size, fitness level, or experience. I hope to offer a welcoming relaxed safe space where you can move your body in a way that feels good to you, while gaining strength and functional mobility. We don't take ourselves seriously at all and laugh the whole way through! Drop ins always welcome by DM on IG.
