Welcome to Pure Balance Massage Therapy! My name is Reghan and I am an enthusiastic therapist with a focus on deep tissue therapy and will focus on your specific body's needs making each treatment unique.
I have also recently started teaching yoga! My motto is that yoga is for EVERY BODY, no matter your size, fitness level, or experience. I hope to offer a welcoming relaxed safe space where you can move your body in a way that feels good to you, while offering options to get a little sweat on if YOU choose to.
I offer 2 options for yoga: 4 week monthly sessions (ask to join by DM or text) or online booking drop in when space is available.
